Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are uniquely designed to enhance and nurture your experience of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.
Gentle yoga to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Develop practice of effective breathing, visualisation and sound techniques to help birth your baby – supporting you to feel positive and confident.
To obtain the greatest benefits we recommend joining early in Pregnancy and continuing classes, so you experience a broad range of practices, deepening your awareness and ability to listen to your body. The practices become familiar (body memory) and are better able to support you in pregnancy and birth – in a way that feels natural to you.

Join our Group Pregnancy Yoga Classes
Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy. Prior to booking please confirm with your GP/Midwife that yoga is suitable for you.
Classes are purchased in rolling Blocks of 6 Classes – we offer a 6 Class Block (6 classes over 6 consecutive weeks) or a 6 Class Flexi (6 classes over 8 consecutive weeks).
For our existing students – if your pregnancy will be full term (37-40 weeks) during the period of a Class Block, you may prefer to attend classes on a drop-in basis (available on a discretionary basis) – if so, contact us directly.
Booking are taken online (spaces are limited, early Booking recommended). Class Schedule lists class days, times and updates – our Terms and Conditions. Bookings must be completed at least 48 hours before the date you wish to start Classes.
Upon receipt of payment you’ll receive an email confirming your Booking with details to prepare for the Class (check your Junk Folder & contact us if you don’t receive this). If you have any questions drop us a line.
Private Pregnancy Yoga Classes are also available. These can be tailored to meet your individual needs at a time and place that suits you.
Absolutely amazing service from Sky. Without the practice and encouragement in classes I don’t think I could have had a natural birth. She gave me tremendous encouragement and taught me countless techniques to prepare me for when my labour started. I would also make the couples workshop a priority for all, but especially for the birthing partners.
