Welcome

Yogalime creates a space to breathe, take awareness inwards and explore in an open and creative environment, helping to nurture a connection with ones true self and facilitate the finding of ones own truth.  It’s your yoga, at your pace.  There’s no judgment and all experiences are welcome.

At Yogalime we have a strong belief in community and that begins with developing a seed within us, from which community builds and grows.

Our objective is to facilitate a positive change from within.  Our mission is to nurture a community of kindness, love and peace and our vision, is a kinder, more loving and peaceful world for all.

Together, we share our passion for yoga and embrace an energy of love, acceptance and peace.

Teachers at Yogalime

Hello and a warm welcome to you.  I’m Sky, a Senior Yoga Teacher and the Founder of Yogalime.  I began practising yoga in 2005 and hold Yoga Alliance Teaching Certifications for Yoga including Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga. I also teach Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra in the Satyananda Tradition.

I’ve had the pleasure of sharing Pregnancy Yoga with hundred’s of women and this valued experience nurtures the services we provide.  Inspiring body & mind well-being with Pregnancy Yoga and Parent Classes that prepare for labour & birth – this includes our Birth Preparation Workshop, Spinning Babies® Parent Class and Hypnobirthing Course – for expecting parents.  Continuity of care is valued and we love working with you after you’ve had your baby sharing Infant Massage, Baby Yoga and Baby Sign & Rhyme.

I hold a Diploma in Hypnobirthing DipHB(KGH) and am a member of the Hypnobirthing Association (MHbA), am a KGHypnobirthing Teacher and Wise Hippo Birthing Instructor, a Certified Spinning Babies Parent Educator (SpBCPE), a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), Baby Yoga Instructor and Baby Sign & Rhyme Teacher.

Yoga I find to be novel, in being a practice open to all, for all levels and abilities.  It is more than fitness – yoga is a holistic practice of wellness and healing for life, that I would recommend all to try.

“Yoga is good for man because the physical body improves, the nervous system improves, the mind improves, the intellect improves—so, how can yoga not be good?” Sri K Pattabhi Jois
