Baby Sign & Rhyme: ‘A fab find of a class! Lots of fun for the babies while the adults pick up helpful signing know-how. Sky is an absolute pro, reiterating your learning to make it stick. Group size is ideal and there’s a naturally warm and friendly rhythm to the class that made each week a joy. I’d do it all again in a flash.’ Amy, March 2020 shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Excellent pregnancy yoga classes. I looked forward to going to class each week to relax, stretch my body, learn positions for labour/birth and to discuss birth in a positive way. Sky is a fantastic teacher and makes everyone feel welcome and supported! Thank you. ‘ M H, November 2019 shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I attended Sky’s maternity yoga class throughout my pregnancy and it was great. I learnt some really useful techniques for birth, relaxation exercises and it felt great to keep moving and stretching. It also gave me the opportunity to meet other new mums to be. Sky has a lot of knowledge and really takes the time to share what she knows and the experiences of other mums who have been to her classes. I would recommend to anyone.’ Nadya, November 2019 shared here

Baby Yoga: ‘Just completed the 4 week baby yoga class with my 3 month old son. It’s a lovely class and we both really enjoyed it. Sky is a fab teacher!’ Ellie Orton-Toliver, November 2019 shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘My partner and I attended the birth preparation workshop run by Sky at Yogalime. Having already completed an NCT and Hypnobirthing course we found this really beneficial as it filled in the gaps of the practical tips of pain management that the others did not. We spent approximately half of the session practicing physical techniques to use in each stage of labour. It was a great refresher and the closer we get to the birth and we hope to implement these in pain control.’ Karen, October 2019 shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘ My partner and I attended the Birth Preparation Workshop and found it to be incredibly helpful. Sky was very informative and answered all of our questions. We found the practical elements to be really useful. I think my partner feels a lot more confident that he will be able to support me fully during labour. I also feel very reassured that my body is capable of delivering our baby safely. Thank you Sky!’ Natalie, October 2019 shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘It was a really good workshop with a lot of very useful information. I was very anxious about laboring before the workshop but this helped to understand the theory and also how to best prepare for it. We also practiced different movements that will help the laboring. I will highly recommend this to first time parents.’ Ying, September 2019 shared here

Baby Massage: ‘I attended this course when my daughter was 8 weeks and loved it. Sky the teacher is excellent – she created an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, and she’s very knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to learn a lovely way to bond more with their baby.’ Martha, August 2019 shared here

Private Birth Preparation Class: ‘Me and my husband decided to ask Sky for a Private personalised Birth Preparation Class at our home. It was a 121 experience where we have gone through lots of holistic techniques to support my planned natural birth. After this class we felt so confident as we have both learnt a lot about labour yoga poses that helps to optimize the baby`s position and poses to use in the pushing period. Thanks again for such a great personalised class.’ Belecz, July 2019 shared here

Baby Massage: ‘I thought that I could learn how to massage off the internet, I was wrong! These classes were incredibly useful, to learn how to effectively massage my newborn. He absolutely loves it and it helps to calm him down and then naps for about 3 hrs following a massage. Sky is always mindful of parent and baby’s needs. More importantly, she facilitates weekly discussions after massage and this creates a lovely atmosphere and an opportunity to meet other parents.’ Sabrina, July 2019 shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I’ve joined pregnancy yoga classes during my last trimester and I really cannot recommend these classes highly enough! What I liked the most about the pregnancy yoga with Sky was that the classes not only concentrated on preparing body for dealing with progressing pregnancy and future labour but also on preparing the mind. The classes really helped me to bond with my baby bump and helped to improve my overall physical and mental wellbeing. My only regret is that I didn’t join the classes earlier in pregnancy!’ Olga, July 2019, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘ I had a great time attending the pregnancy yoga class! Totally, recommend! Sky is brilliant and going to the classes really helps! I will miss it… ‘ Mina, May 2019, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘There could not be a better experience of pregnancy yoga. It is also just as educational and informative as antenatal classes. Sky is an amazing instructor who caters to the needs of her mums to be. And organises meet ups with other Mums in the area. So if you are looking for pre and post natal activities in the area, Yogalime is a great way to get involved and helped me with my post natal recovery as well as giving me the tools I needed for an easy, natural birth with no interventions and almost no pain relief.’ Sabrina, April 2019, Shared here

Baby Massage: ‘I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to massage my baby. This is now part of our daily routine and he loves it!! Sky is a great teacher and the atmosphere of the class is relaxed and a safe place to discuss topics with other mums. Thanks Sky!!’ Roxana, April 2019, Shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘My husband and I attended the Birth Preparation Workshop and found it very informative and beneficial. In particular, it provided us with positions and actions to take together in the first and second stages of labour so that my husband has a clear role. There was a clear explanation of the benefits of each position along with lots of practice so we can easily remember what worked well for us. There was also a lot of information about what happens in our bodies during labour and birth. Overall, my husband and I feel a lot more confident about coping at home and in the hospital while in labour. ‘ Donna, March 2019, Shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘Really useful workshop – a great mix of theory, practical and relaxation. Sky goes into a lot of detail on technical aspects of labour which are missed in the standard hospital provided antenatal classes, such as the interplay of hormones throughout all stages of labour and anatomy of the pelvis and how this changes with movement and lots more. The practicals and yogic side make the entire day very relaxing and gave lots of inspiration for preparing a calming birthing environment. My husband was initially apprehensive about doing a yoga orientated class, thinking it would be a re-enactment of the Rainbow Rhythms Peepshow episode, but it was nothing like this and he found he picked up lots of useful tips and tricks and ended up being fine with the yoga elements.’ Amy, February 2019, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘Absolutely amazing service from Sky. Without the practice and encouragement in classes I don’t think I could have had a natural birth. She gave me tremendous encouragement and taught me countless techniques to prepare me for when my labour started. I would also make the couples workshop a priority for all, but especially for the birthing partners. My husband was my calm strong partner that I needed and he was prepared because the parenting class (Birth Preparation Workshop) prepared him and he knew what techniques I would be doing.’ Safiya, December 2018,  shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I joined yoga pregnancy for 6 weeks in the last trimester of my pregnancy.  At that time I had many things going on in my life ( including looking after my toddler ) and very little time for myself.  Those lessons have been the special “alone time” I needed.  When I started I didn’t expect to get so much goodness from this course but it really made a big difference in my life. All my body – mind and soul was affected positively. The breathing and Sankalpa techniques I’ve learned through Sky’s teaching played a big role throughout the birth of my baby.  I highly recommend this course to all pregnant women. I am very grateful I had the chance to join those lessons.’ Giada, October 2018, shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I loved the pregnancy yoga classes! The class is small and intimate so you feel like you are being focused on and Sky is a wonderful teacher. She really takes the time to get to know her students and make sure they are ok within the class and outside. I would definitely recommend the classes as they are really helpful!’ Mooshies London, October 2018,  Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘At first I was skeptical. I am more of a HIIT, Afrobeats, exercise to the music, go hard or go home cardio kind of girl- usually disregard yoga. However the antenatal yoga classes with @yogalimelondon have been brilliant. I have learnt plenty: active stage labour positions to help during contractions, relaxation and breathing exercises and good stretching positions. I feel ready to birth my baby (the Finale Week 40 next week 🎉🎉) Thanks Sky’, ABCWorkoutUK, June 2018, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘I have attended both the Pregnancy Yoga Classes and the Birthing Class organised by Yogalime. I can only speak highly of the level and quality of the teaching. Our teacher, Sky, is very knowledgable, providing guidance and teachings supported by research evidence. Every single class I have attended is different and it has provided me with a new tool that I could use during and before labour, whether that was a posture or a breathing technique. Attending these classes has provided me with a confidence that I didn’t have before and I would suggest anyone who is experiencing pregnancy to attend Yogalime classes! Great job Sky!’ May 2018, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga & Baby Massage: ‘I’ve attended the both pregnancy yoga and baby massage courses. Both classes have been amazing in preparing for Labour and life with a little one. Sky is incredibly kind and really goes out of her way to support those attending her classes.’  Victoria, May 2018, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I have attended their Pregnancy Yoga Classes and it was really satisfying and calming. You get to experience all the pregnancy recommended exercises during your 6 weeks period and each class is different except for breathing and relaxation in the end which is also very soothing with Sky’s voice in the back ground. I highly recommend these classes.’ Srishti, April 2018, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I had the privilege of joining the YogaLime pregnancy yoga courses early on in my pregnancy and being a part of the class right up until week 37, when I gave birth. The classes are highly informative, stress-relieving and welcoming. In my pregnancy, I did antenatal courses, hypnobirthing courses and more, but nothing prepared me more for labour and the birth of my baby than these classes. Throughout labour, I had Sky’s voice in my head reminding me how to breathe through the contractions and I kept repeating my sun colpa: Every contraction is one step closer to meeting my baby. I loved these classes and looked forward to going each week. I will be attending the baby yoga and baby massage courses now and I am truly looking forward to it!’ Sonya, February 2018, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘I’ve attended Sky’s pregnancy yoga for most of my pregnancy. Not only have the classes enabled me to carry on yoga when I could no longer attend my regular classes, they have been a huge support helping me mentally prepare for labour. Being surrounded by other expectant mothers is also really beneficial, learning from each other’s experiences. Taking an hour out each week to focus on my changing body and growing bump has been good, I think everyone would benefit from the breathing techniques we learn.

I also attended the Birth Preparation class with my husband, where we spent the morning going through the stages of labour, biology and various techniques that our birth partners can assist and support during labour. With just over 2 weeks to go it was reassuring to do this with my husband and we both feel came away from the class armed with more knowledge.’ Jinny, August 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘Since I was 4 months pregnant I have started to attend Pregnancy Yoga classes – and I’m so glad I did so. I have felt so relaxed each time during the class and have learnt how to switch off my mind while helping my body to stretch. These yoga classes are a great opportunity to also meet other moms to be and to share your experiences. I was glad when I learned there is a 3 hour Birth Preparation Class which my partner can also attend. We have learnt relaxing yoga postures which I’m sure I will use during labour as a natural pain relief and now my husband knows how he can support me during that time. Thanks to our kind and great teacher: Sky, I now love yoga!’ Vivien, August 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage & Baby Yoga: ‘I started Pregnancy Yoga classes with Sky at Yogalime and continued to Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes post birth. I found the Pregnancy Yoga classes very beneficial. Sky covered a lot of postures and breathing techniques to help relax and prepare for birth. She also uses Sankalpa and visualisation methods which I found helpful throughout my pregnancy. I then started Baby Yoga classes once my baby was 3 months old. It was a lovely activity to do with my baby, incorporating a lot of singing and rhymes which he loved. I still use a lot of these rhymes at home. The classes encouraged us both to explore different movements together and it was great seeing my baby develop through the classes. I always wanted to learn Baby Massage and was delighted that Sky now offered this. My husband also did the course with me and it has been interesting to learn massage techniques which I now use daily. I’ve found that they help our baby to relax and aids better digestion. Sky is warm and friendly and I’ve met wonderful mums and babies in all the classes and it has been really nice to share our experiences. I would definitely recommend all the classes.’ Yang, August 2017, Shared here

Baby Massage: ‘I wish the baby massage course could last longer. It was a great opportunity to learn how to massage my baby, calm her down, bond even more and also meet other parents. Sky, the teacher, is really sweet, professional and well prepared. Looking forward to do the Baby yoga course!’ Joana, August 2017, Shared here

Baby Massage: ‘Hi everyone, I joined with great pleasure 5 baby massage classes and I’m glad I did! I’ve learned lovely massage techniques and I will now try my best to apply them to our daily life. I recommend this to all the new mums out there to give it a try.’ Giada, August 2017, Shared here

Birth Preparation Workshop: ‘Me and my husband attended this excellent birth preparation workshop which is totally a hands on experience. I’m very sure it’s going to help me during labour. The techniques taught during the 3 hour workshop are really simple for birth partners to understand and put them to use during labour. Thanks Sky for being a wonderful teacher!’ Soumya, August 2017, Shared here

Baby Yoga: ‘Lovely classes for mothers and babies. Both my baby and I, loved going to the baby yoga. The classes offer a good range of exercises for babies and for mothers. The atmosphere of the classes is very relaxing, with lots of singing for the babies. The teacher, Sky, is very friendly and caring. I have no reservations in recommending these classes.’ Olga, July 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Great Pregnancy Yoga.  I did pregnancy yoga and enjoyed the classes very much. I just wish they had lasted 1.5 hours !  The course is preparing you for birth and gives you a lot of postures and breathing tips for the big day, it helps you to relax during your pregnancy, you meet lovely mothers to be and the birth stories sky reads at the end of every class are very interesting.  Sky is a very lovely warm teacher and I can recommend her classes very much.’ Kathrin, June 2017, Shared here

Baby Yoga: ‘The classes were very relaxed, and my baby thoroughly enjoyed it. The teacher was very welcoming who taught the lessons with a very personal approach and plenty of empathy and care.’ Sadiqa, June 2017, Shared here

Baby Yoga: ‘My little one (aged 4-5 months) loved our Baby Yoga classes with Sky. She really enjoyed the baby yoga postures and dry massage and all the songs and rhymes that went with them, The Green Frog song was a particular favourite. She had a big grin on her face throughout the classes. The classes had a great mixture of yoga for babies and gentle postnatal yoga for mothers. Sky was great with the babies and they really responded to her.’ Sarah, June 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Sky is an amazing teacher, very caring, creative and fun. I really enjoyed every single class.’ Kamila, June 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘A big big thank you for everything you have taught me. From The breathing, to the positions I had an wonderful and amazing experience and I am forever grateful and very much looking forward to starting baby yoga with you.’  Seerin, January 2017

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I recently gave birth and during the whole process I felt so much in control that I can’t thank enough Sky for it. I may have not done proper yoga postures during my contractions but the one thing I remember throughout the experience is that I always visualised the room that I learnt yoga and the assurance and confidence Sky provided during the lessons and on how much control one can have while giving birth to their baby.

Those positive affirmations and a sense of awareness on every deep breath I took helped me get through labour and birthing eventually.  I’m glad that I chose pregnancy yoga not only to build strength and bond with the baby but to gain that inner strength that I can now apply into my day to day life from now onwards.  Once again thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.’  Deepal, January 2017, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga:  ‘I didn’t really have a ‘birth plan’ just some preferences and I wasn’t afraid to use pain relief if I needed to. In the end, I didn’t need to because of all the techniques I learned in yoga; remaining calm, trusting my instincts and BREATHING were absolutely invaluable and ultimately all I needed. Thank you Sky, your help and knowledge has been fantastic and I’ve learned techniques that I will use again and again, not just in birth.’  Laura, November 2016, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Labour was a tough ride but I couldn’t be more happier with the techniques I learnt in your class. I would recommend everybody do pregnancy yoga that’s how much it helped me.’ Nagina, August 2016, Shared here

Baby Yoga: ‘I found Baby Yoga incredibly healing and relaxing. It helped my son to settle to sleep incredibly quickly in the evening when it normally takes him a while. It also helped with my postnatal recovery. I would thoroughly recommend Yogalime compared to other styles of yoga, as it is very much in tune with mother and baby. If you can’t do a particular move or feel uncomfortable, Sky always shows an alternative that is equally as effective.’ Sabrina, August 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Yoga taught me the best pain relief which is breathing and making me feel in control. I don’t think there is anything else more valuable that I could have learnt or known before going into labour. As I had an emergency C-section, yoga breathing helped me get through the pain I started feeling after the numbness from the operation had worn off, a couple of days after giving birth.’ Fatima, August 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Yoga with Sky was wonderful and was worth its weight in gold when it came to the birth! I’ll really miss the classes. Although this was not the birth I planned for my baby, I was able to adjust to and accept the changes. The breathing techniques learnt in class were invaluable and helped me to stay calmer than I could have imagined. I see this calmness in my baby every day.’ Toni, July 2016, Shared here

Ashtanga Yoga: ‘I started classes with Sky in March 2015 as a complete beginner to yoga in the Grassroots centre in West Ham. Sky is a wonderful teacher who makes sure all of her students feel welcome and at ease as soon as they step into the room. The small sizes of the classes are particularly good as it means that Sky can focus her attention on each student to help them improve, and that good friendships were formed within the class. I am very grateful to Sky for introducing me to the world of yoga – the benefits to both my body and my mind have been huge. Thanks Sky!’ Rosie, July 2016, Shared here

Private Classes: ‘I’m loving it and it’s helping a lot with my pregnancy! It’s my first pregnancy and I’ve had no previous experience practicing yoga till now. I have back problems so I thought it’d made sense to book private lessons, and I know now it was the best decision I could make. Sky is great. She is introducing me to yoga in a way that feels really natural and intuitive, while teaching me very useful postures to help with my pregnancy and my back. I feel the lessons are customized to my needs (which is something you don’t get in a group class) and that’s encouraging me even more to keep learning and practicing at home. Without hesitation, I honestly recommend these 1 to 1 lessons to anyone that wants to find a very calming way of exercising as well as helping to stay positive during pregnancy.’ Paula, June 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Sky’s yoga classes were effective for my pregnancy with symptoms such as backache and posture. During labour the breathing techniques, visualisation and positions helped me to tune into my body when I needed it the most. Sky is considerate of each individuals needs in class and I’d recommend it to all expectant mothers!’ Anisah, June 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I started pregnancy yoga with Sky at 14 weeks right up until I was 39 weeks pregnant. The weekly class taught me various breathing techniques which helped me enormously during birth. It was also hugely beneficial to be taught how to do pelvic floor exercises properly, the importance of which i don’t think they emphasise enough in antenatal classes or once you have given birth. Sky is a caring teacher who takes interest in all her pupils well-being and always offered advice on how to relieve any niggling pregnancy aches and pains. The class gave me a precious hour each week to relax and focus on myself and the baby, something we can forget to do with the busy lives we all now lead. If I have another baby I will definitely be taking up pregnancy yoga again.’ Crissy, May 2016

Mums & Bumps:  ‘I really enjoyed my first Mums and Bumps Club meeting this weekend. It was lovely to meet the local mums and their babies, share stories and have a very enjoyable time. I am keenly looking forward to the next meetup!’ Krista, February 2016, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘It was a great learning experience with Sky. The peace of mind I had after each class was priceless! I would recommend Yogalime to anyone who wants to stay fit during and after pregnancy. Thank you, Sky!  Kavitha, February 2016, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I was practicing pregnancy yoga with Sky for four months and the experience was outstanding! We have learnt a lot about active birth and how to get prepared for labour. She has been great in advising on postures and pain relief. I was looking forward going to her class on a weekly basis. Excellent experience!’ Petra, January 2016, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I wanted to thank you for your fantastic yoga classes! I found the breathing exercises I learnt from you invaluable during labour. I had managed to breathe through hours of contractions at home. I had shown my husband what I had learnt before hand so when the day came he was able to keep reminding me what to do. Thank you again Sky!’ January 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Not only do you get to do amazing yoga that’s great for the body and mind. Not to mention it’s really good preparation for the birth, more importantly you get to meet great people. I found that out from the moment we started which was reinforced by our ‘Mums and Bumps’ meet up. The tips, highs and lows that were shared were invaluable to me, considering I have weeks to go and I am making important decisions. The information you receive at hospital and from family and friends is useful, but not as valuable as like-minded people that have just been through it. I definitely got more than just yoga out of the group and hope that I have made friends for myself and my unborn baby.’ S, January 2016

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I felt so relaxed, didn’t even realise how tense I was until after the class. I never really enjoyed yoga until now. The instructor is very supportive. If you live in the area – this is the only place to go!’ Sabrina, October 2015, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Lovely small class in West Ham. I enjoyed learning postures that stretched my back and shoulders in particular to make pregnancy more comfortable and also learning movements to make labour calmer (hopefully!). I’ll try the moves when the time comes and at the very least I think remembering what I’ve learned and focusing on breathing will keep me grounded during labour. Nice friendly group!’ Fiona, October 2015, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘I completed the Yogalime Pregnancy Yoga course two weeks ago and found it one of the best choices I’ve made in terms of my pregnancy. Sky (the Instructor) is extremely calming and her knowledge of pregnancy and yoga was apparent throughout. The classes were small so she was able to pay adequate attention to each participant and provided alternatives where needed. Before taking this class I trained in a gym for many years and have been used to vigorous exercise. I felt I needed something soothing and to maintain flexibility before the birth of my baby. The class taught me many techniques to stay calm, reduce anxiety and feel in touch with the changes my body has been going through. It was sometimes the only hour each week where I felt I was concentrating on my mental well-being. I also met with other mothers who were in similar stages of pregnancy, who were local and we made a little social circle. I would certainly recommend this class to anyone who is pregnant.’ Sarina, October 2015, Shared here

Postnatal Yoga: ‘My baby Alessandro (4 months) and me really enjoyed the yoga class with Sky. She is a fantastic teacher as well as a very sweet person! The class atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. After giving birth I was physically feeling good but I had some pain at my back (shoulders and neck). Sky helped me proposing some good exercises and positions. My back improved a lot!!! I learned the Sankalpa approach with Sky. I loved it and I still using it!’ Giulia, September 2015

Postnatal Yoga: ‘Sky runs a wonderful and supportive post-natal yoga class. She works individually with everyone to make sure the poses are tailored to our needs and abilities, and is great at helping you to address any particular issues. I had pelvic girdle pain, for example, and she was amazing about finding poses that didn’t hurt and helping me find exercises to help make things better. It was wonderful to feel myself slowly getting stronger, and the poses slowly getting more challenging. Yoga was definitely my favourite time of the week. And the babies love it too!’ Elizabeth, August 2015

Postnatal Yoga: ‘It is my first experience and its a great experience with result.’  Alma, August 2015, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘These yoga classes have been a great experience to learn about deep breathing and relaxation. The one-to-one sessions have helped me improve my posture and movements which I was unaware of before joining the class. I have also learnt about the breathing exercises that I can do during labour which will help ease the pain. Overall it has been good value for money and I intend to join the post-natal classes very soon.’ Priya, April 2015

Let’s Yoga: ‘I’ve just returned from a class feeling sooo good – would heartily recommend. Sky, the instructor, is really sensitive to everyone’s individual needs, so no worries if you’re not super fit [for example]. I always feel both energised and relaxed.’ Joanna, January 2015, Shared here

Pregnancy Yoga: ‘Fantastic activity for all mums-to-be at any stage/trimester of pregnancy and beyond. Not only does it gets you ready physically and spiritually for the most important day of your life but also it helps you to feel and understand your changing body a lot better. An hour of relaxation and self-study with a great yoga coach Sky. Highly recommended!’ Natasha, February 2015, Shared here

Ashtanga Yoga: ‘I started my yoga classes at the Grassroots centre a month ago and I am really enjoying it! It’s not just a very good way to exercise your body but also to learn how to have full control of it. Sky, the teacher, is very professional and makes sure you are doing everything correctly! I would totally recommend it!’ Marta, February 2015, Shared here
