Today class started lying down. Then everyone else got up and moved about. My yogini meant to, tried to, but the body wasn’t having it. So she just lay, visualised, breathed. It was exactly where she needed to be. Great class.
Sounds lovely to my mind; awareness, love and acceptance; each day a new journey with new lessons learnt – much that can be achieved in stillness.
